From the establishment of the SCPA to establishment of the Chung Hwa Free Clinic, to the setting up of the main Toa Payoh Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution and various branches, we appreciate the teamwork, meticulous planning, dedication shown by the SCPA Council member, Training College’s Committee members, directors and also generous donations and support of the community’s philanthropists, community leaders, parliament members,  government officials, businesses, organizations and institutions.
