端午节来了 – 帮助消食的茶饮

每年的农历五月初五端午节,一定少不了吃粽子。端午食粽是节日习俗之一,千百年来盛行不衰。不同口味的粽子都能体现出不同地域和籍贯的饮食特色。
 
由于口味多样化,至今粽子仍广受大家的喜爱,可说是老少咸宜。可是,我们一旦在佳节里纵容自己吃太多粽子时,就可能需要承担难受的后果如:腹胀、腹痛、消化不良等等。但是,别担心!我们来为爱粽子之人介绍一个即简单又能帮助消食的茶饮吧!
 
需要的材料:山楂 20克,干荷叶 10克,甘草 3克
 
将清洗过的材料放入茶壶,再倒入500-800毫升的沸水。浸泡约10分钟后即可享用!
 
不适宜人群:胃酸过多者、经期女性、孕妇
 
On every fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese Lunar calendar, it is customary to celebrate Dragon Boat Festival or “Duan Wu Jie” by digging into glutinous rice dumplings. Each dialect group has their own unique twist to this sumptuous triangle-shaped delicacy with the different types of ingredients stuffed into the tightly-wrapped bamboo leaves parcels.

Glutinous rice dumplings have been greatly enjoyed by many over centuries. However, if one indulges in too many glutinous rice dumplings, it might cause tummy discomforts such as, flatulence, indigestion, stomachache etc. But fret not, we have a simple tea recipe to recommend to all of you glutinous rice dumplings lovers that can help to soothe the tummy discomforts during this festive season!

All you need is: Dried hawthorn 20g, Dried lotus leaves 10g, Liquorice 3g

Simply add these washed ingredients into a tea pot, followed by 500-800ml of boiling water. Let it steep for around 10 minutes and it is time to enjoy the tea!

Please avoid consumption of the tea if you have excessive stomach acid, on your menstrual period or is currently pregnant.
